Coyle Supply is proud to offer our Certified Valve Program specifically designed to meet your valve and automation requirements. We provide the necessary documentation regarding the fit, form and function of all items specified on your purchase order. In order to meet the exacting standards of our Certified Valve Program, your order is closely monitored from the moment it is received until it leaves our facility.
Our total process involves 4 critical steps:
- Receiving – After incoming shipments are inspected with regards to part numbering, materials of construction, and overall condition of products, a temporary bin location is established for accumulation and storage of all items necessary to complete your order.
- Assembly – As materials become available, we begin the assembly process. This may involve completed assemblies or possibly subassemblies in order to provide the quickest delivery possible.
- Testing – Utilizing in-house certification guidelines, C-VAC fully tests all automation products as if they were installed in your process. This is also where any customer-driven testing and certifications are carried out.
- Certification – All documents are processed and tamper-resistant safeguards are applied prior to shipment.
